What is the return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Calicure and Wod & Done products cannot be returned. We also do not accept socks, headbands or products that are intimate.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or any other proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
What are the shipping options?
We ship using United States Postal Service and provide a tracking number with every order.
Do I have to pay IVU?
Yes. As a registered business, it is required by law to collect and pay taxes.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your complete other within two to three days after completed.
What do I do if I never received my order or I received a defective order?

We do offer wholesale options for boxes in Puerto Rico. The products that are available for wholesale are those under our brand (Motus PR) only.
